RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 14 days after you receive your items - Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reasonable claim not satisfied with your order within 14 days after you receive your items. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
We will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 48 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 14 days since product was delivered or there’s evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.
Requirements for Refund:
Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE shows that the items we sent was defected.
Refund request without VIDEO will not be Entertain as we need the proof to claim it back from our suppliers.
Refund process will takes up to 2 weeks progression for verification purpose.
Shipping Fees will not be refund back to customers as we shipped the item out.
Full Refund will be given if customers provided Full Information regarding defected item.
Full Refund if the parcel not delivered within our promised delivery time frame stated in the product page.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase with reasonable commercial slandered claim, you are more than welcome to return the product(s) to us within 3 days after the items are received for a refund, No Questions Asked.

Requirements for Returns:
Must include a valid original purchase order number provided by Chicago1.store(All purchases made outside of Chicago1.store must contact their seller regarding returns.)
Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
Returned products that are not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued after the returns are received.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged we will be happy to offer you a full refund or replacement.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

When you receive your order the label may show a different size to what you ordered – don’t be alarmed! Some of our stock has been sourced from international suppliers which have different sizing metrics. We convert all products sizing on our site.
If your item measurements are more than 3cm different to what is shown on the size chart for the product and size you have ordered, we will be happy to refund or replace your item. Please send photos clearly showing the incorrect measurements to email@example.com
