SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Multi-products orders

Orders with several different items result in the receipt of several parcels within a few days of each other.

Delivery time

15 to 30 days.

Beyond these deadlines, if you have not received your order, we will refund you on request.

CHANGES REQUEST

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

All delivery times are noted on the products pages or at checkout. They can vary between 7 and 20 days according to product and stock.

Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after store closing time will be processed out the following business day.

DELIVERY TERM

In the event your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipment, if an upgraded shipping method had been chosen for the order, the initial shipment will be sent via the upgraded method. Any shipments thereafter will be shipped via standard domestic or international shipping offered at that time.

Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.

We will release a full refund or send a replacement to you, if your order is not delivered to you. This will be granted after 60 days of your order being shipped.

*We do not offer refunds or replacements if you decide you do not like your items or you simply change your mind.

 CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

IMPORTANT NOTE S: items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico due and the islands due to high shipping rates. 

International Orders: We ship all items internationally

Sales Tax
Items from this supplier will incur a sales tax of 8.25% when shipped to New York. 

**All shipments to Nevada will incur a sales tax of 6.8%.

Customers are responsible for paying any import fees, duties or tax in the instance that these may occur. Our items are often shipped from Different boutiques, stores, warehouse and Factories locations across the globe so please be aware of this before placing your order.

Please note, if packages are not collected and are subsequently returned to us, we will issue a payment refund after deducting the shipment return to sender fees and administration (which will be calculated and deducted per case basis) due to fees incurred from failed collection and return to sender shipping.

We accept all major credit cards including visa debit. We also use PayPal to process all of our payments – the largest secure payment provider in the world.
